We love to cook home style foods that our friends and family love. We started LOKHA during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic with lockdowns and tough restrictions and we decided we couldn’t go back but to push forward always adding to the menu.
We are a Fusion family which hail from Vietnam, China, New Zealand, Samoa and a little Scottish in the background with a big love of home cooked food with Experienced and Qualified Chefs.
We use the freshest ingredients we can source and always offering clean and delicious food for our customers. We also take Allergies very seriously which is why it’s important to let us know the situation so we are assured our customer’s safety.

Chef Simon had been trained and worked at fine dining restaurants in Sydney, NSW. With nearly 17 years of experience in Food & Hospitality industry and a friendly and outspoken personality, he’s bringing the best vibe to Lokha Cafe.
Thu got a law background but has a huge passion about cooking, especially Asian and Viet cuisines. Thu never got trained at a Chef. She first went to Australia in 2020 to visit her sister and suddenly got stuck here due to the Covid-19 pandemic borders closure. When things were uncertain, she decided to change her plan and stay in the country to start her food journey with Lokha cafe. We did enjoy lots of her beautiful dishes & cakes during the lock downs and restrictions.
Her delicious dishes are countless and we can’t wait to taste all of her food on Lokha’s special menu.
